i got this problem with my door , it shows that grey box on the floor plan . i tried everything to remove it but still cant figure it out !!! can anyone pls help me with this pleaseeeeee !

Document > Model View > Model View Options

Look for the tab that sets library part options, there will be one that allows you to show minimal space for library parts, I think this might be what you are seeing.
