images over fill in 2d script

I'm in the throws of reworking our company title blocks and am trying
to use our divisional logos that are in .psd(photoshop) format.
The thing is no matter where I script the images in or what format I convert them to they will not show over top of the fills (poly2).
I have even tried using them in fragment2 but with no love.
Is there any way around this or even simply a display order option??

i think the DRAWINGINDEX is what you are after

from memory place DRAWINGINDEX N before each element you wish to stack, the lower the number N the closer to the top of stack, I think,
N can only be 10,20,30,40,50
