ArchiCAD can only work with its own (limited ability) lamp objects.
What do you mean by 'export the list of lamps"? You can export their coordinates and use those to align ArchiCAD lamps in the same positions. But, no illumination within ArchiCAD is based upon any reaslitic lighting model, so it is for illustration purposes only.
