You should add a signature to your profile as it can help people to answer you more accurately. The only one I have found is in Cadimage D&W Builder. It is located in the Garage Door builder object. I use the add-on all the time and think it is worth the cost in time alone spent looking for ways to get certain doors and windows.

I normally use garage doors and enlarge them appropriately. Works.

Offset the door for the thickness of the wall.

If you want to show the door rails, then there were German garage doors that had those too.
