First time ever I elected to upgrade as soon as the box arrived, however I would like to merge or somehow integrate the old library parts with the new library in V13 so that there is only v13 library attached instead of 9,10,11 and 12

There are subset libraries of the older versions that are compatible with AC13.

For the US version if you go to Help>Downloads it lists the subset libraries for AC10 and AC11. The AC12 subset library is called the AC12 Migration library and is included in the AC13 installation.
