Is there a easy way to merge libraries in bimcloud basic?

Hello, I just arrived in an office that has the same library with 3 different names, and each one of them has a slightly different set of items, and each project in the office uses one of them... is there a method that I can merge them in a way that's not so destructive for the projects or, that the projects will keep track of the items?
