So i recently converted my AC27 template into AC28. Now I have a Missing Library Part (i.e. sliding doors). But these doors are located in the ArchiCAD 28 Library. But still shows as missing. What Am I missing here?
Operating system used: Windows 23H2

Absolutely nothing.
The new 28 Global Library is not compatible with previous libraries and objects will not migrate from 27 to 28.
You can choose to load the 28 Monolith Library (which is actually just the 27 library) and continue working with the old 27 objects.
Or load just the 28 Global Libraries (which you have done) and physically replace the old missing objects for new ones from the 28 Global Libraries.
It is best not to load both libraries as that will become confusing.

Barry, Thanks for the quick response. The doors in question "D2 sliding 27" and "D3 sliding 01 27" are AC27 doors that are in my favorites. They are the exact doors in the AC28 Library. (In the AC28 library they still call out "....27" on the doors. I tried deleting my doors from AC27 and recreate the AC27 doors located in the AC28 library, but still get an error? Could it be a missing attribute or object in the associated with these /.GSM door objects? Its strange the objects are in the file yet they still show as missing. I also did a repair when opening. and still get a missing error?
I like to start all my new templates w/ zero errors and an empty embedded library. been successful so far until now. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

Seems you do have the 28 Monolith library loaded (which is the old 27 library).
This is fine, just remember you are not working with the 28 library parts.
Looking closer at your error, it is an 'attribute' that is missing.
Somehow in those two 27 objects, you have chosen an attribute from a '21' library it seems.
You should find the doors are there in your model, just missing a surface material maybe - I am not sure what 'WINDOW01 21.GSM' is.
You could try loading the migration libraries as well, that might solve it.
Or look in the settings for those windows and look for missing attributes.
You would also need to fix your favourites as well if you want to keep using them.

The 28 libraries are what they call Library Global Packs.
You will find them in the yellow highlights folders in this image ...
When you load these library packs in the Library Manager, you do not load the folder they belong to, you must load each individual library pack.
But as I said before, it is recommended that you do not load these library packs together with any older libraries (27 and prior).

Yes, the 28 Global libraries are a completely new system to what we had before.
They are essentially the same library parts, so we are familiar with them, but they will not migrate from 27 to 28 because of new settings in the objects (mainly MVO settings I believe).
So, it is a case of keep using the old objects for existing projects, but update your template to use the new global libraries only so all new projects moving forward will only use the new objects.
