msa libray in 10?

I am not finding, [nor is a library search], the MSA detailer/library in ver 10. Anyone want to drop me a hint where to look? Not that it's something I sue much but there are a few items in detailing I like, anyway.........

It's still in there. I beleive Karl O. did some work to improve these parts.
The window on the left is something that is part of my template.
