It's a bit confusing... We open Archicad 28 withy just Archicad 28 libraries loaded.
Then open Archicad 27 project
We select upgrade Libraries, when asked.
It seems Archicad has loaded Archicad 27 libray instead of Archicad 28, although in the library manager we have only Archicad 28 library loaded.
Where is the Archicad 28 library? Why is that the Library won't upgrade?
Operating system used: Windows 11 24H2

The Archicad 28 Library (Monolithic) for upgrading 27 files to 28 is only Called Archicad 28 Library to differentiate it. The actual content of the library is a duplicate of the Archicad 27 Library. The libraries for Archicad 28 have been completely updated to the new separate library packs which are not backwards compatible with 27. If you use the new Library Pack libraries you would need to replace all existing objects placed in the file. The advice is to only use the libpack files with a brand new file created in Archicad 28.
