Hi lec,
you can't to turn it off. This is the part of the system.
Not a totally good solution, but if you change the materials to "individual" and give something transparent material to the "Hard insulation" it may good for you for 3D.

That seems to have effectively done it when rendering, but a lot of times I just use 3d capture for clients and that still has the bounding lines of "hard insulation" even when material is set to invisible.
So for me a bit more control over extraneous parts would be helpful.
ie, mounting brackets.
As curb mounting is more common for me.
So an option for that?

Hi ila2.
Is there any reason why you dont put this exelent object on BIMcomponents? When it was lounched we were hoping that it will be THE one place to look for object.
Great work though.

Probably Velux insisted on compatibility with older AC versions 😜

the next time I will recommend these requests to VELUX.
But I think it is already a great achievement from the manufacturer to develop some individual options to the library.
