If you want the cabinet to be parametric and/or use standard components (door-styles, sink, knobs, etc.) you have to study the GDL language (in fact you need to start studying a lot of time BEFORE you need it).
If you only need one special cabinet, not parametric, try to build it using the standard AC elements: in primis Slabs, but also walls, meshes, beams... do not forget you can also use complex profiles.
Then select all and save as object.
You can also use other objects. For example you can start with a standard cabinet, "cut" undesired portions wit SEO (Boolean operations), and add what you need with slabs/walls/objects...
