trouble finding roof machinery components

Hello, I am currently in need of some roof equipment, I found an air unit, tubes, solar panels but I need other big machinery and antenas that you would typically find in the roof of a hospital building.

I'm probably going to end up making a surface and applying it to a cube to make it look like a water cooler, or some type of exhaust, but obviously I prefer it ready made

Download and install the MEP Modeler add-on, it includes a library with mechanical equipment.
