what means these errors?

I have these errors on two of my projects. Could someone explain me what they means?

Emyl,

First two error dialogs appear to be related to add-ons, try loading without any add-ons loaded to see if error persists.

Third dialog is normal progress window when rendering.

I forgot to tell that my first problem is, in fact, a project drawing in archicad 10. When I opened in AC 11, I have that messages "New Custom Component found. To make it available in...etc".
Could be this the problem with the library?
