I need help
my 30 day trial is about to go out
i have archi 12 educational version platformwindowa vista

my problem is when click on the licenses renewal button nothing happens
on installation guide page a new window is suppose to pop up so i can put my one year serial number in but nothing happens
i have email gaphisoft but they do not answer me back

i am try to figure out is something wrong with the program or my computer

Your use of all-caps, and your desire for total anonymity (location = home vs what country you are in) - no platform, no information on if you have student, or whatever version ... is not going to get you a lot of responses here.

Post more information, or just call your reseller... and turn off the caps!
