When will ArchiCAD 15 be available for students? the EDU versionon MyArchicad.com... Thanks 😉

My hope is soon. Nobody has it yet, not even commercial customers as far as I can tell. Only the lucky beta testers. I am checking daily to see it show up on the MyArchiCAD website. Going off of the press release from last month, it should be anytime now:

"ArchiCAD 15 will be released May 23, 2011. Shipment to customers will begin a few weeks after the official release. Following a tight release schedule, all 26 local versions are planned to reach the market by the end of Q3 2011."

My reseller had good hopes that it would be there (just) in time for the next academic year. I hope so, as I have to update my classroom material (again) with the new modeling options and the renovation features, alongside the better editing in the 3D window.

I'm looking into myarchicad.com every two days, hoping it is there...

I'm really looking forward to upgrade!! Love ArchiCAD!!

There are only INT, FRA, GER, NZE, AUS, AUT, USA, ITA. I don't think there's a NED version. maybe it'll come out soon. 😉

I heard that NED version (used in the Netherlands and the Flemish part of the country that at the moment still is Belgium) would be in time for the new semester.

It makes a huge difference to teach ArchiCAD using the same templates and library as what the students will get at MyArchiCAD.

And it quickly shows us who is using the legit version and who used an illegal INT copy.
