Archicad Free Trial Problem

I have a problem with the trial license in Archicad.

I follow the necessary steps by clicking the try now button on the website. Although the order appears and I reach the get started screen, there is no trial version contract in the contracts section. Likewise, when I click on the assign license option, I do not see any license.
