Assigning BIMcloud to a user?

Hello to everyone,

I've recently purchased 2 BIMcloud licenses, and have successfully added one of them to my account, as an administrator, but can't really seem to figure out how to add it for my colleague. I did send her an invite to the company through Graphisoft's website, she did accept it, I installed GS License Manager on her PC:

but when I go to the BIMcloud interface and try to assign her the license, it says "No more BIMcloud User Licenses available". I really don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
