INT is English, whereas the other languages are for specific countries.
Some language versions have different default libraries and templates - mainly differences with doors and windows objects.
What is in each language I could not say.
You can still download any language version and use the library/template from it, you just can't run the Archicad software.
INT and I think all other languages, has a ground storey as 0 (zero) whereas in the USA version it is storey 1.
That really makes no difference though.
Some will be set using Imperial units and others will be metric, but that is just a preference setting you can change anyway.
Basically I would use the version you natively speak.
You do not need the German version to produce documentation in German - that is just a matter if typing text in another language.
But you do need to be able to read the menus and setting dialogues.

Versions 6.5 to 27
i7-10700 @ 2.9Ghz, 32GB ram, GeForce RTX 2060 (6GB), Windows 10
Lenovo Thinkpad - i7-1270P 2.20 GHz, 32GB RAM, Nvidia T550, Windows 11

If it lets you buy a license for a language other than your home country, then that will work fine no matter where you are.
Just be aware it will only run the Archicad language version that you have purchased (and possibly the INT version as well (software license) - unless it is a new 'cloud' license type, which I have heard only runs one language).

Really appreciate your reply,
Do you know what the difference between Archicad language and the INT?
is it only a language difference?
