Remotely Uploading Licenses

I have an employee currently away on leave (overseas) and he has a license tied up on his laptop.

Is the License Manager supposed to allow me [admin] to release the license back to the pool?

There is no clear button or option to do this.

How do I reclaim that license and upload it into the pool for my other employee?

Not if it is a software license.

You will need to access the laptop to return the license.

Cloud licenses can be managed remotely - but they are new with 27 and sounds like you don't have a cloud license.

You can contact your local support and they should be able to return the license to your company pool.

They are the only people that can do it remotely.
