SOLVED!

how I can detach my license by remote

Hello,
I hold an Archicad Start Edition 2022 license, which got stuck in a computer I had purchased (a year ago) and then returned because I was not satisfied with it.
In the meantime, the software continued to work on my old computer, so (since I hold a license), I didn’t pay much attention to it.
However, now I need to change computers, and the License Manager Tool doesn’t recognize any usable license.
When I check my profile on graphisoftid.graphisoft.com, the key is still listed as mounted in the computer I no longer have access to.
Could you please help me and let me know how I can detach my license by remote?

Thank you in advance.
