Can see Licence on Graphisoft ID bu can not run Archicad??

Hello , I started trial version of Archicad 27 ,I can see my cloud licence activated on Graphisoft but I can not start Archicad on my computer. The program says there is no valid licence. I click on manage my licences tab and ı Can see the licence is valid untill 14th of November. Would you please help ?

Do you manage to get to the start screen of Archicad?

If so, top right there is an option to "Sign in".

Do so with your Grapisoft ID and see if that helps?
