Cannot apply for Archicad teacher license!

When I try to apply for an Archicad teacher license on the myarchicad web page, I see a button saying “Please Select” but there is nothing to choose from. I also can see the text “Please fill out the form” but there is no form to fill out.

Operating system used: Windows Build 3001

Try another browser or use your browser in private (incognito) mode.

I have tried in 3 different browsers, cleared cookies and repeated in incognito mode but the result is the same.
