Hi there,
I've been trying to access the MyArchicad page to get the serial number of my educational license. When the page opens, i click the "login" button, log in using my credentials, and the page returns to the MyArchicad page, apparentelly without me being logged in, as the login button still shows up and my licenses don't appear.
Does anyone have an idea of what's happening?

Thank you very much for the question!
From the description, it seems like 3rd party cookies was not allowed, thus the sign-in process via Graphisoft ID failed. Could you please make sure that it is enabled for the browser you are using and try again? Also, have you tried using another browser?

I verified my browser settings and 3rd party cookies are enabled.
I also tried to use Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and none seems to work.
It is also weird that the login works here at Graphisoft Community, but not at the MyArchicad page.
I'll patiently wait for a reply,

If that's the case, we will need some further investigation by our developers. To better understand the situation, is it possible for you to make a recording of the process (trying to sign in from MyArchicad site)?
Please let me know if you need a secure place to upload the video also.
