Codemeter USB dongle question

Hi.

 

Helping a associate get Archicad installed. They have a codemeter US stick that was for v19, have managed to upgrade it to v20. Is it possible to get it working with a newer version? Reading the website it seems that it should be able to work up to v28, but i dont see that when I choose License Update in the Codemeter Control Centre.

If they were up to date with their SSA yearly fee then they can use 'License Manager" app to update their key to the current version if not then it looks like AC20 is the last version authorized for that key.

If they want to upgrade to 28 then they need to get in touch with their reseller.
