Error Code 1032: Can't Sign in GS License Manager Tool

Good day,
I can't sign in in GS LMT tool to download my license. I am using Archicad 26, Mac Mini, located in Philippines. I have already checked the internet connection.  Internet Connection is 91 mbps.

Are there any server maintenance ongoing in Singapore or GS ID maintenance in Graphisoft?
