Floating Cloud Licence - Can't see which group members are consuming a licence

I've just had my Collaborate cloud licence come through after accepting my conversion to subscription and am playing around with the new Floating Cloud licence in the online cloud licence management portal.

So I have assigned all the available licences to a Group, so act as floating, but I don't appear to be able to see anywhere who in the group is consuming those licences?

I can see there is one less available licence than the total assigned to the group, but that's all.

How do I see which user in the group is consuming that licence?
If i needed to force release a licence for a specific user in the group.  How would I do that?

Also, there appears to be no licence usage metrics available in this new cloud licence portal.  Is that on the roadmap?

We currently use codemeter for our hardware licence I'm able to pull out really fine grain logging data of our licence usage to understand whether we are frequently nearing our capacity or not.

Thanks,

Scott

We are in the process of transferring over at the moment, I am hoping it will be complete before the Christmas break. It'll be interesting to see how easily the licenses are managed on the new portal and how easy it is to re-upload the Teamwork projects to the new BIMcloud.

There you go~ @scottjm

Here are some tips I’ve discovered:

1. Automatic License Release in a Group: If you are part of a group, the Archicad license will automatically release after a period of inactivity (approximately 30 minutes, according to the support team).

2. Manual License Release for Individual Users: If you are not in a group, your license will not be released automatically. In this case, you must manually sign in to release your license. If you are an admin, you also have the ability to release other idle licenses.
