Graphisoft License Manager tool cannot connect to License Pool (Mac Ventura)

I cannot connect in order to download a license from a license pool...

I can connect to Graphisoft website on safari and chrome...

What could be the issue?

I tried to reinstall License Manager as well as CodeMeter...

Hello, are you having an Educational license or a Commercial license?

For Edu license, you won't need License Manager.

For Commercial license, if you sign in with your GSID account via graphisoftid.Graphisoft.com, do you find your license there?
