Broken PC - Licence Problem

Hi all,

a user PC got stuck at boot and i had to reinstall windows, being unable to unlink the license.

Now he downloads again the software but the license seems to be stuck to the old windows installation.

Any idea which not involve the local reseller as it's kind of urgent?

You have to call Graphisoft and they can reset it. The only way.

When you try to start Archicad without a licence, you should be offered to use an emergency licence.

This should keep you going for a few days - it will expire after 5 days I think.

But you must contact your local support to get the original license reset to your company pool.
