License Not Recognizing

Namaste,
One of my teammate is having this issue, after a restart she was not able to get ArchiCAD license manager recognize the soft key on her system. Attached is what the license manager is showing up on her Windows 10 PC, any help is greatly appreciated.

She can login to https://graphisoftid.graphisoft.com/ and we did install the latest License manager

Yes also getting these. Try another restart. Seems to work for me.

Thank you for the report and I am very sorry about the issue!

To investigate further, I would like to get some more information:
- The number of the license downloaded Software license (SW00000xxxxx)
- CmDust log (https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/25432/)
- A screenshot of the files in the CmAct folder
macOS: MacHD/Library/Application Support/CodeMeter/CmAct
Windows: C:\ProgramData\CodeMeter\CmAct
