My Archicad 19 asks me to renew license every time I open it

I have a student license, and it used to work fine, I used to have Archicad 15 and updated them all to now, Archicad 19. Then recently for some reason every time I open Archicad 19 it says my license will expire in 6 days and I can quit or renew now. I click on renew and put in the old license number which is already filled in anyway, and it works and it says congratulations your license has now been renewed. I don't know what file is missing, when I click renew after putting in old serial number, a pop up asks do you want license.exe or something to be allowed and I say yes. I haven't even deleted any thing that I know of.

Hi! Each ARCHICAD version requires an individual serial number. If you would like to use the educational version, you need to log in to https://myarchicad.com/ where you can claim a serial number to ARCHICAD 19.
If the problem still persist, send your e-mail address that you use for your user ID on MyARCHICAD.com to local support and they will check for your status. Best,
