Printing floor plans in PDF

Hi there can someone tell when you print plans in pdf format do they have the same layout as the masterplan i.e the company name project name ect. and can you put construction notes on them.

When you save a PDF it should look exactly the same as it does in the layout sheet. If the master has graphical info like a titleblock and company logos, this will also appear in the PDF.

If you can't see this in the layout check that 'Master Items on Layout' is turned on in the On-screen view options toolbar.

The best practice is to put construction notes in the individual views rather than directly onto a layout sheet otherwise the text could easily be lost if the view is moved between layout sheets.
