Problem Registering for one year licence

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with Myarchicad page, i downloaded ArchiCAD 20 and installed it on my computer, then I used the 30 day serial number they gave me and when i try to complete my info on the website in order to apply for 1 year licence, theres no button for that. I already talked with Graphisoft México but they told me they can't do something because the website is administered by Graphisoft Hungary or something like that. (Check the screen shot)

Do you guys have any advice or help?

You should have received an email with information on what to send them so that they could give you the serial number for the one year. Look for eduregistration@graphisoft in your spam folder
