Waiting for Renewal Approval for Student License

 applied for a student license renewal on April 11, 2023. However, until now (April 26, 2023) I still haven't received confirmation regarding the application for the student license. I can't really submit my Student ID anymore since i'm only renewing my license. My profile only shows an update form for me to fill and I've already done that. Is there any way to approve my request?
