We ordered last week a subscription including ARCHICAD FRA and BIMcloud
When we connect to ARCHICAD with our user account/email address, the software noted we don't have a valid key for this user.
When we connect to the GRAPHISOFT site, the new subscription ordered is not included in the available licenses. (There is no license). Can you tell us how we can access the license ordered ?
With matters regarding licensing, you will be better off contacting your local Archicad support people.
They should be able to help you with it.
