2nd Project origin ??

Hello, I am starting a new project, my first one in AC27, I notice that there are 2 hotspot type marks on the workspace. I undertsand that one would be the project origin, but what is the 2nd, fainter mark? 

I have checked the usual, layers, trace, etc
