Hello,
My 3D model keeps disappearing - What happens is that the 3D view of the object completely disappears when using drag-select to select multiple elements whilst the configurations are set to Hardware Acceleration mode. When switching to Vertical sync this issue doesn't happen, however it is extremely hard working in vertical mode due to the slowed performance. I've asked AI and searched for numerous solutions, however nothing has worked. These solutions include changing my GPU settings, allowing the app to run in maximum performance mode, checking 3D settings in Archicad and so on. This only happens within this file, no matter whether it is in Archicad version 28 or 27. I've included a video attachment of what happens as well as the build version. Due to the file being too large, I was unable to upload it in the attachments meny, however the below WeTransfer link contains the .pln and .bpn files I've worked on and it is valid for 3 days.

I see the blue project origin, so it is not an issue being far from the origin.
If switching to Vectorial view works, then that would suggest it is a video card or driver issue.
What are the specs of your machine?
Doesn't really matter in this case, as I just opened the file and have the same issue as you.
I started to delete storeys from the top down and when I got down and deleted the 12th floor, the model is fine in 3D and can be selected by dragging the cursor.
I tried again deleting just the 12th floor.
It crashed but when I recovered it, all was fine in 3D.
I tried opening and repairing the file, but it still had the same problem.
So, I deleted the 12th storey again, and again it crashed.
Open the recovery file and it is all good again, but missing that storey.
I can insert a new 12th storey and it is still all good.
So, I would suspect something in that storey is causing the problem.
I have no idea what it is and I don't have time at the moment to play around any more.
Maybe you can delete that storey, re-create it and model back what is needed.
Barry.
