3d object disapearing when roatating or exploring

New here and hoping I could get some help.
When I explore, rotate, or zoom in open GL mode, Certain objects disapear then reapear. Mostly windows, frame etc. Very random.
Dont think it is a video card issue. Maybe settings or something. Anybody got any ideas.
Thanks

In the 3D Window Settings Dialog, go to the Options subdialog and see if changing settings in the lower half of the Dialog helps any.

I turned my frames per second down to 3 from 10 and it seems to work. 3d is still a little choppy when zoomed out but it is 10 times better.
Thanks for the help

Then your graphics card may not be up to the task and you would benefit from a new one with more memory.
What are your specs?

I have the nvidia fx1500. It seems to be working better now. I changed my setting of viewing window up to 200ft. It works much better now.
Thanks for the help

OK, that's good because your graphics card is powerful.
