how do i do this, i need a simple curved roof that I can crop walls to. i have modelled it using Shell tool, and tried to convert it to it a roof (as per a youtube tutorial) - but as per everything else i have tried with the Shell tool - it doesnt work!

I haven't tried the conversion but you could leave it as a shell and use solid operations to trim the walls.
