Please provide more detailed information on the nature of the problem.
A bit more detailed description and maybe a screenshot would help.

We work on 3D when need to cut one side of intersection element using wall tool, the cutting not work fine like AC15, see attached;

based on image, when wall with circle red need to cut using Ctr+enter, from "this wall", the wall with circle red did'nt cut all, only per part,

Ctrl-click, not ctrl-enter, is the shortcut for cutting ... and you must select the wall first and then click on a reference edge (scissor icon black, not hollow).

Note that the Adjust command also works fine in 3D ... this lets multiple selected elements (walls in this case) be trimmed back, or extended, to a subsequently clicked line.

No problem for me.
Make sure you have the "Surface Snap" option turned on and you can CTRL click on any surface to cut the wall/beam.
If it is not turned on then you must CTRL click on the reference line (scissor icon will turn solid black) otherwise the wrong end of the wall/beam might get cut away.

See attached image.
