Wanted to start a list of AC11 Little improvements......which are not announced:

First Selection outline now is shown in dots
Second Selection outline is shown in Dot Dash Dot

Nice, yet still short cut C for changing of the method is still not implemented, must be very hard to code it in!

As a side note for readers who do not have the US release: the modules these guys are talking about were a local content feature of the US installation.

Hi, back to the improvements.
I almost cried of happiness when i saw, that the open gl engine in the 3d navigation, recognizes levels of transparency.

Rejoice.

Saves us the complexity of sandwiched rendering in Photoshop - where a partially transparent layer rendered with opaque glass sits over a rendering with invisible glass.

And someday perhaps they'll offer shadow casting - to really complete the package.

Turns out it simply fell victim to deep code issues. Lost and probably gone forever, I presume...

Has anyone else noticed that AC11 Teamwork files no longer have .ADM files?

I can't say if I'm more MAD or more SAD, I think both

Hey, you at Graphisoft, what kind of joke is this?

Not until you just mentioned it, and I gave it a try. I couldn't find any documentation on it -- Teamwork Help does mention "Project Administration Data", but nothing more. This is a little concerning as it is a somewhat significant change -- I guess we'll find out if it causes any problems....

I almost had a heart attack when I saw a project with 3 PLPs had no ADM files.

Could this be a baby step toward the UNIFIED FILE FORMAT? 😉

The information stored in the .ADM file is now included in the .PLP file. It was a constant source of error that the ADM and the PLP file could fall out of sync (either when reverting to a backup, or caused by I/O problems), so it is simpler and more robust not to have ADM files. It is a baby-step, but an important one, IMHO.
