AC15 - using reno status / filter

Not applicable
when i was at Gensler i loved how we grayed everything out that was not addressed on that sheet.

on demo sheet, all demo was at 100% black, everything else was say, 30% black. this format was applied to all sheet, electrical, data, new construction, etc.

very very clear.

in AC 15, can i use only the renovation status and filter to accomplish this?

right now i think i am doing it the ghetto way....i have to make different walls, a demo wall, a new wall, an existing wall, and change the visual graphics in the composite layer to lighten as needed.

thanks again everyone.

Pen Sets are designed to let you change the appearance of elements in different views. Changing to a different pen set for your demo plans should address your wish. It that alone is not enough (perhaps because you have not been disciplined in pen assignment), you can always "stack" two drawings on top of each other in a layout - still using reno status - and assign different pen tables to each of these drawings to get the final desired result.
