AC9 - How to delete an independent detail?

Seems funny I can't figure this out. In the present case, I'm trying to delete a detail drawing that is not associated with a detail marker, but I think I would have the same problem in that case.

Docs don't seem to address the issue...

In the "Navigator - Project Map"
- "right click" on the detail
- select "delete"
