Access to AC Menus without moving mouse (OS X)

Found a free utility that lets you access the menu of the frontmost application without having to move the mouse.

Recommended for users of two monitors or a Huge Cinema display or lazy people waiting for a 23" Cinema

only works for Macs and my current combo setting is ctrl+cmd+Z
though I am still working on which is easier.
