Adjacent dashed lines

If I have two dashed lines in the same plane i.e. at the intersection of two overhead roofs . They often are offset creating in effect a solid line. It seems like luck when they line up is there anyway to fix this?

Sometimes, you can fix this by making sure you draw
the two elements in the same direction i.e. clockwise or counterclockwise.

A work-around is to draw a white (or screen background color)
dashed line over the edges that are filling each other in.
