Align elevation view to a tilted element

How to align a parallel view to an element that is tilted? For example, if I want to make an elevation view of a 33 deg tilted roof with its plane paralleled projected to the view?

You can only do a 90 deg elevation with the elevation tool. If you want to do what you are saying go to an axonometry 3d view, then View -> 3D Nav Extras -> Look to perpendicular of clicked surface, then click your roof or whatever piece of geometry. If screen goes blank just double middle click for zoom fit. If you want to annotate this view, just right click in a blank area of the 3d window and click new 3d document from 3d ...

Thanks for the quick respond. It seems relevant to be able to make an individual drawing to scale of a tilted element. In axonometric 3D view you cannot make a drawing to scale of the element as far as I know. Or is there a way to do that (while avoiding to temporarily rotate the tilted element to a 90 deg elevation)?

As mentioned, rotate your 3D view and then save that as a '3D Document'.
It will be to scale and you can annotate with text and dimensions.
