I am having trouble applying a master layout to layouts that I have made. I try to drag and drop my master layout onto a layout in the layout book but I find that there is no change in the layout (doesn't adopt properties of the master).
If you select the layout in the Navigator, you should see the Master fly-out at the bottom of the Navigator. You can change it there (click the fly-out and pick the master layout)
Thanks for your response. I tried that, and the desired Masters Layout is highlighted under properties, but my layout does not reflect that when I open it.
If you are seeing no Master at all then it may be due to the fact that the layer that the Master information is contained on is not displayed as "ON" in the Layout that you are looking at.
