Yes here it is, certainty upgrade, which was not fully surprising.

The most shameful upgrade ever. Not worth it.

plz, dont think that you will jump alone . . . i'm with you, too

Revit is something that i will try...i will use AC13 till i get in touch with Revitos and then good bye muchachos, at the end its only software...its a tool and why don't try something other and then see what tool is right for my job...

archicad 14 at this moment will not improve my modeling posibilitys, i will still have problem to draw a stair, custom shape of a wall without long workarounds, cut, rotate, bend, extrude, folow trough the path of solids which i cant draw in archicad etc etc etc I will lose time on same things as years before and thats too much for me

i wish that i can say Bravo GS but this is hard miss update in my opinion

Please don't, it's just a software, there are more valuable things of life than BIM.

Oh boy! I've read a lot of negative comments about ArchiCAD14.

For me, I'm glad that the late release of 13 wasn't used as an excuse to move the upgrade cycle to later in the year. Congratulations GS for bringing the release back on track.

I'm already excited about these features:
- Direct Revit® MEP/Structure Link
- Reference-model Version Tracking
- Core Setting of Load-Bearing Elements
I've already been exchanging files with our engineer all improvements and the ability to only import the changes is great for productivity.

- Teamwork "Pack & Go"
Makes internet based Teamwork truly viable

- Shadows in Open GL
A long standing wish (ever since openGL was introduced)

- Import Surveyor's Data as Mesh
I've worked on projects where whole days have been spent on meshes of topography, essentially duplicating existing information.

And then there are these, I don't know how good they are but I'm prepared to be surprised.
- 64bit Mac version (of BIM server not ArchiCAD)
- Expanded Find & Select Criteria
- Easy Offset Functionality
- Layout Book Improvements
- Revisioning of Published Items
- Improved PDF Output
- Library Management Improvements
- New & Redesigned Library Parts

Perhaps someone in the know can confirm this. New features only say 64-bit BIM Server on MacOS.

Anyone who would know is still under NDA .. as with previous releases if it hasn't been announced by Graphisoft then you can't talk about it until the NDA is lifted AFAIK.
