I think only Graphisoft HQ could answer this question with any accuracy.
But I don't think they give out such information.

I doubt there are any firms in Abu Dhabi using it on a large scale. I had my own licence in AD when I was there but was not aware of anyone else. I know ex moderator Djordje based in Dubai also uses it. Some larger firms with HQ overseas may use Archicad at home but UAE is unfortunately almost completely Autocad
