1) can you continue to use the same PLN file 'after' he purchases his license so all his efforts of model input havent gone to waste?

Yes. It is the same file. The only difference is when his 30 days expires ArchiCAD will no longer be able to save changes to the PLN (or print) so effectively he cannot work with it.

Rob,
Sorry I accidentally deleted the rest of your post.
I wanted to Reply but I accidentally pushed the Edit button so I edited your post instead of Replying to it. As Moderator, I have that ability to Edit other people's post.
Bummer. Sorry, could you repost those other two questions?

thanks Lasz.
I just spoke to our reseller.
Here's what "he" said and perhaps you can confirm.

1. before 30 days are up, if you purchase the software, then you can install Codec key, open file you you created and continue from there as normal, fully functional, fully working Archicad.
2. "AFTER" 30 days.......DO NOT open the file if you don't have the license key. it will lock the file. Then user will have to go thru ALL sorts of hoops, call GS, call Hungary, call the "president " to get the PLN functional again...but it can still be made to work.

did I understand correctly?
