Archicad 19 Attribute Manager Missing

Trying to start a new project and in the setup, discovered my attribute manager is missing. I have looked at the Project Preferences/Work Environment, but I cannot find it to add it back to my Options Menu. Am I missing something here? I have updated to 4011, maybe something to do with that? Any help/suggestions/ideas appreciated.

You can try repairing the install. Or
uninstall then reinstall for a clean installation.

Thanks for the input on this. I ended up doing an full uninstall and reinstall. Seems to have fixed the problems.
